From home dedications and volunteer celebrations to parades and fundraisers, every Habitat event brings neighbors together to celebrate what we build — homes, hope, and community.
We host gatherings throughout Goodhue County that honor volunteers, welcome new homeowners, and raise the funds that make our work possible. Whether you’re cheering at a groundbreaking, joining our float at a summer parade, or dancing at Spring Has Sprung, we’d love to see you there.

Finance 101
Date: October 17, 2026 at 10am.
Location: Red Wing Public Library
Finance! Finance! Finance! Goodhue County Habitat presents Finance 101, an overview of general finance best practicies. This free event is about everything from understanding a credit report to budgeting for a mortgage.
Everyone is welcomed to attend Finance 101 to get their finances back on track. Learn more about the qualifications of being a Habitat homeowner and how to apply for Goodhue County Habitat’s homeownership program.

Zumbrota Covered Bridge Festival Parade

Our biggest and brightest night of the year! This joyful celebration brings together neighbors, donors, and volunteers to raise funds that build homes and hope across Goodhue County.
HOPE Heights Groundbreaking Ceremony

Location: HOPE Heights
Join us for pizza and a progress update as we celebrate the groundbreaking of the first twin home at HOPE Heights. Together, we’ll kick off this transformational project that will bring 26 affordable homes to a beautiful, established neighborhood on Red Wing’s bluffs — and enjoy pizza while we do it. Stay tuned for more details.
