Your Dream of Homeownership Starts Here

Buying your first home can feel out of reach — especially with rising housing costs in Goodhue County. Habitat for Humanity makes it possible. Through our Homeownership Program, families partner with us to build and buy a safe, affordable home with a low-interest mortgage.

When you purchase a Habitat for Humanity home, you’re not just getting a house. You’re building strength, stability, and self-reliance for your family’s future.

What It Means to Partner with Habitat

When you partner with Habitat, you build your own path to homeownership. Families work side-by-side with volunteers, contribute sweat equity, and purchase their homes with an affordable mortgage — creating lasting stability and pride in what they’ve accomplished.
